Mother's Day: Takin' It Slow

It’s evening of Mother’s Day here in the midwest United States, and I just want to share with you how my day began:croissantsandteaAnd although I shared with the Belgian Wonder and kids a few crazy moments during food preparation, the meal itself was relaxing.Late afternoon, I even enjoyed this moment:feetupBefore heading into the work week, it’s nice to take it slow.As I wrote over at NotSoFastBook.com, I hope that at some point during this Mother’s Day, you, too, relished a few moments of slow.

Hello, this is a note to the administrator or manager of this website.

Sometimes we have a hard time getting what we want out there for others to see, things like videos, tv shows, photos, our arts and literature, flash games and guides, short stories that we ask others to read but think they only say it’s good because they are close to us. Unfortunately it’s not getting any easier, but Broken Controllers (brokencontrollers.com) is a means and a way to help us get to that point.

Using Broken Controllers you can post anything you want, and when someone searches (search.brokencontrollers.com) for criteria similar to what you posted, your submission will be found. You can literally post any thing, the ideas are up to your imagination. It’s not easy to be at the top every time, but Broken Controllers makes it so that every one has a chance in getting their stuff out to the public.

Posters and searchers work hand in hand in this environment; without the posters, searchers will have no results in their searches and without the searchers, posters have no real incentive or reason to post anything if no one will find what they are trying to get out there. Broken Controllers may or may not be the answer, but sometimes the greatest loss can be not knowing what may have been.

If you have any questions, please e-mail me at prankmaster44@yahoo.com.

Thank you for your time, and best of fortune.

I had a slow midwest Mother’s Day, too. It was fantastic! Church, family, nap, impromptu meal with friends… So refreshing!
