My faith in Jesus Christ defines me as a human being, thus weaving naturally into much of my writing simply because it is who I am. Often that writing takes on a distinctly Christian form and is published to serve others who share that faith. I think of myself, however, not specifically as a Christian writer–though I enjoy all of those opportunities–but more as a Christian who writes. Therefore, not every project I have worked on has been overtly Christian.
Those who follow my blog know that I’m a lifelong learner who’s always curious, researching, reading and pondering life–ideal attributes of a creative writer, empowering me to freely explore various writing forms, topics and themes. I love approaching my writing life with a sense of anticipation. It’s almost become a life theme of mine, summed up in two words:
What’s next?
