Over the years, I’ve made connections online and one treasure is Sarah of “beauty in the mundane.” She not only writes and homeschools, but she also makes jewelry using beads, soldering and stamping techniques. In the midst of her life, in the everyday moments, she pays attention and finds joy in serving the King of kings.

One day she contacted me and asked if she could make me a personalized piece, just for fun, for friendship.

I wear this necklace, this gift, with humble gratitude, whispering thanks to the Lord for Sarah, and for all that the heart and each letter represents.

She reminds me to see beauty in the mundane.
